Grapes grown in the unique climate of the Upper Galilee were harvested at peak ripeness. After fermentation the wine was aged for 12 months in a mixture of French and American oak. The ripe, peppery nose is balanced by its rich body, deep flavor and color.

Note: Full flavored with rich licorice and plum aromas and flavors. Best Served With: Medium flavored grilled or sauced chicken or fish dishes.
