This bold and aromatic Orange Muscat offers a rich essence of grape, apricot and orange peel. Production Details:

Whole cluster pressed to fermentor; chilled overnight to 38º F. Racked, inoculated with small amount pure yeast culture (to achieve slow controllable fermentation). Fermented very cold (38º F - 42º F) for nearly four months. Fermentation stopped, by filtration, when the alcohol level reached balance between residual sugar and acidity.
