Drawn from a single cask (American Bourbon) of a single distillation, each bottling forms a limited edition of no more than 350 hand-numbered bottles. Each bottle is unique and unrepeatable and is hand labelled and signed by the Malt Master David Stewart. Uniquely mellow yet full flavoured with a concentration and individuality of character derived from the unique qualities of each cask.

Tasting notes:

Nose: Fragrant aroma of vanilla honeyed sweetness, hints of heather and dry oaky notes.

Taste: Rich and complex, suggestive of years of careful ageing, it has a honeyed maltiness with vanilla oak flavours, and hints of spicy peat notes. It has a long and complex finish with a touch of liquorice.
