Our love of Chile took us to the Vineyards of Chile to make this exceptional wine. The grapes were grown in the sunny Meditarranean climate of the maule Valley. This Vineyard located just south of Santiago, Chile's capital city, was chosen for its rare joining of sunny climate moderated by cold ocean breezes - ideal conditions for the production of this varietal.

Notes: Well balanced with plum and milk oak notes and a velvety smooth finish. Best served with full flavoured beef, veal or chicken dishes as well as pasta and cheese.
