Our love of adventure took us to the Vineyards of Chile to make this exceptional wine. The grapes were grown in the sunny Meditarranean climate of the Maule Valley. This Vineyard located just south of Santiago, Chile's capital city, was chosen for its rare joining of sunny climate moderated by cold ocean breezes - ideal conditions for the production of this varietal. Exceptional aromas, medium bodied, soft and easy to drink describes the Alfasi Cabernet Sauvignon.

Notes: Dark berry and Cherry flavors with well integrated oak. Best served with full flavoured beef, veal and chicken dishes as well as pasta and cheese.
